In a sauce pan mix the sugars, the cinnamon stick, the star anis, the cloves and the Brandy and boil for a few minutes. Add the cherries and boil again for a few minutes. Remove from heat and let the mix cool down for a few hours. Remove the cinnamon stick and the star anise. Put the cherries in a jar.
